Shipping & Delivery
The quick and safe delivery of your orders are one of our top priorities. Please be assured we will process and ship your orders as soon as possible. There are a number of different processes involved in getting your order delivery safely.
You orders are processed and sent through to our fulfillment locations within 48 hours of you placing the order. This point onward we cannot cancel/refund any orders until they are delivered and then returned to us.
Orders placed on a Friday will be sent through for processing on the following Monday.
Once your order has left the fulfillment warehouse it will go through customs clearance and be dispatched to the destination country. There are a number of different factors that can affect the shipping time. Examples include:
- Demand of the items you have ordered (The majority of our items are in high demand)
- The warehouse your items are stored
- The weight and dimensions of the items
- The destination
- Any adverse weather conditions or workforce strikes
Typical shipping times are:
|United States||2-3 Weeks|
|Canada||2-3 Weeks (plus few more days to certain areas)|
|United Kingdom||3-5 Weeks|
|Rest of Europe||3-5 Weeks|
The majority of orders are received at the lower end of these time scales and sometimes even sooner! If you have still not received your order after the stated times, please contact us as soon as possible to track down your order and we will get right on it!
If you have an order with different items, they may not arrive all in one or on the same day. This varies as they are fulfilled from different warehouse locations.
The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments.
If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 14 days from receipt of your order.
